SURYA'S HOT YOGA is a challenging yoga practice designed to work every muscle, tendon, ligament, organ, gland, and joint in the body! Class is performed with a set series of traditional Hatha yoga asanas (postures) and breathing exercises, in a heated room of approximately 105+ degrees. Improve strength, tone, balance, and flexibility. The therapeutic benefits of this yoga experience, is tremendously healing, and is especially beneficial to those with illness or physical ailments. Hot Yoga brings a new found strength to the body, clarity to the mind, and harmony to the spirit!

RHYTHMIC YOGA FLOW
This envigorating interdiscinplinary practice uses a variety of yoga diciplines, which includes a combination of conditioning exercises and movement inquiry. Options 1-4 are provided to make this class suitable for most all levels. Some knowledge of yoga is recommended.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Class begins with a combination of standing postures which help to improve all over strength, felxibility, and balance. Class ends on the mat with final stretch, to help to open tight hips, shoulders, and lower backs. Breathing exercises and meditation will take students to a place of deep contentment and relaxation. This class is perfect for young adults, seniors, athletes, or anyone that wants a slower and more lingering restorative practice.
YOGA WITH WEIGHTS
A unique all-over body practice that integrates the mindfulness of yoga with the physical aspects of strength training. The accurate use of "breath with the posture", with an emphasis in proper alignment, are combined with the use of light "hand or leg" weights, which help improve core stability, bone density, strength, balance, and flexability. Options are provided to make this class suitable for most all fitness levels.
YOGA FOR ATHLETES
Designed speciafically for athletes who are interested in improving focus, stamina, endurance, flexability, and all over body conditioning. A combination of yoga, pilates, strength training, cardio conditioning, provide the perfect mix for the professional or aspiring athlete. Our programs are "sports specific" and target various athletics including golf, football, and baseball.
PRE/POST NATAL
Our "Mommy & Me" program is the perfect way to make time for yourself and your baby! This gentle yoga program is designed to meet the needs of pre/natal and post/natal. Gentle yoga postures combined with graceful "slow motion" dance, open the body safely and joyfully. Mother and child will be connected as "one", as they stretch, strengthen, and gently dance to the sounds of soothing lullabies.
CORPORATE FIT
"On-site" personal training or group exercise programs at your location. Programs include: yoga, pilates, strength training, cardio conditioning, and relaxation techniques. Our programs are designed to enhance the personal health and wellness of the employee, and reduce the physical and mental stress associated with their active careers.
CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga is practiced "sitting in a chair" or standing and using a chair for support. Many common yoga poses can be done without fear of injury or strain, and can bring mobility to all parts of the the body in a safe and gentle way. Chair yoga is perfect for seniors or those with physical limitations, and it is often used within the "corporate world" to offers relief to tights shoulders, hips, and lower backs.
