Sunny and Frank are Christain in faith, but embrace and respect many religions and philosophies. In their view it is not about religion...it is about caring for one another, helping one another, reaching out to one another. Our world is not a perfect place...it is troubled...we need to come together! Everyday we try...every day we help someone in need...everyday we reach out...we come closer to unity and healing...closer to truly making the world a better place. John Lennon's message in his song "Imagine", speaks clearly. "Imagine...all the people living life in peace. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you join us...and the world will live as one."
Surya Sun's personal philosophy invites you to "step outside the box", and reach beyond traditional boundaries, to "explore" the physical and spiritual freedom of "tuning-in" to what feels real, safe, and individually "unique" to you! Their programs embrace an interdiciplinary approach to wellness, where they encourage physical and spiritual space for you to grow. Tuning-out the world's frequency, allows us to tune-in to "God's" frequency, which connects us to God's voice. He is our greatest teacher, and Surya Sun is guided by His love, and the message He brings. "There are three things that last forever: faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of those is love." Corinthians 13:13

Yoga is not a religion. It a philosophy and practice that dates back more than 6,000 years. The exact history and orgins of yoga is uncertain, but it is thought that it originated from the East. Yoga provides us with a way to "connect" to yourself, to others, and the world around you.
We are all different, with different philosophies. "Surya Sun" believes God understands and blesses our creative and sincere efforts at deepening a relationship with Him. We sincerely feel He appreciates our unique differences of knowing and loving Him. Our God longs for "union", and a universal "family". He is a patient God...and His greatest hope is that we learn to love and care for one another.
