Donations - Surya Sun DVD Project
Surya Sun Yoga is creating a new "Gentle Chair Yoga" DVD for those with special needs. Many people are often house bound with illnesses that keep them from participating in group exercise programs. Surya Sun's "Gentle Chair Yoga" s also the perfect stress break for those that work behind a desk all day! This DVD will offer two 30 minute therapeutic chair yoga sequences, as well as exercises on balance, strength, coordination, meditation, and relaxation. Its fun and entertaining format is unlike anything on the market today!
